Maureen Tarantello

I am passionate about people and care deeply about the human experience, so coaching is a natural fit. I believe that people are the most important asset and how leaders are treated and treat others has a powerful impact on their motivation, engagement, performance and results.

I worked for 30 years at Willis Towers Watson through three mergers where we doubled each time to become a $9B publicly traded consulting and broking organization. The company names included: The Wyatt Company, Watson Wyatt, Towers Watson, Willis Towers Watson and WTW.  WTW is a leading global professional services company and I partnered with incredible colleagues and clients delivering business results using  skills in: adaptability, change resiliency, collaboration, empowerment, facilitation, leadership, listening and problem solving.

I led teams with local, regional, national and global scope, profit & loss (P&L) and growth goals. Roles included: managing director, North America growth coach, United States co-leader, West region leader, Dallas market leader, Chicago rewards practice leader, compensation consultant, analyst and retirement benefits specialist. Promoted through successive levels of leadership and ultimately responsible for 15,000 people and $4B revenue. Sponsored SHE Leads women's development, under-represented talent, inclusion and diversity initiatives and was a coach to high potential leaders, integration and transformation teams.

Awarded Certified Professional Coach and Energy Leadership Index Master Practitioner from the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC) and Associate Certified Coach from the International Coaching Federation (ICF). Earned a masters degree from Northwestern University Kellogg Graduate School, where I honed business acumen and collaborated with bright minds. Received an undergraduate degree from Cornell University in Hotel Administration, where I gained my love of hospitality to create amazing experiences for people and embrace diverse teams. Appointed to the Cornell University Council and active in alumni events as President, Cornell Alumni Association of DFW

I enjoy time with my husband and adult kids, walking with my husky, practicing yoga, hiking national parks, cooking restaurant quality food at home, traveling to new places and talking with strangers.
