Coaching package includes:


Conducted over three to nine months by phone or video conference

Sessions can be scheduled weekly, bi-weekly, every third week or monthly


If you have a sponsor or leader supporting your coaching journey, initial discovery sessions with them are available to gain their perspective.


Optional individual or 360 assessments are also available. I am certified in and use Wave from Saville and Energy Leadership Index from iPEC as potential assessment tools.
